It has got to the point that I don't even remember what game I am writing the newsletter for. Fortunately (in some respects) KennyG doesn't play on Sunday so when Harris sends me the stats I can say “Hey KennyG had a four-point night — it must be Wednesday.”
As it turned out, Kenny assisted on every goal ... So for those paying attention, they can deduce that the Pirates were not only playing on Wednesday night, but they also scored four times: One in the 1st period by Miller (also assisted by Marty) and one by Marty; in the final period, Miller scored his second and Baio added our final tally. WIth the win the Pirates have a chance at .500 this week ... in a rematch against the Bruins who handed us a 5-3 loss back in week 2.
