ACQUIRED: Signed as a free agent in Summer 2006 to bolster a Pirates line-up ridden with injuries, Bob led the Pirates in scoring during his rookie debut. He captured both the Art Ross and Maurice Richard Trophies for goals and total points and led the team in post-season scoring as well. Other highlights of Brooks' first season included a 5-goal game and scoring the game-winning goal in the Finals with :12 seconds remaining in regulation.
BIO: Started playing at six-years-old as a goalie and never moved out of the crease until he was 28. At that point he started playing hockey at GoodSports and experimented with other positions until he found his new home at the other side of the blueline.
